Hello, and Welcome to ReCon!

The Co-Chairs would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to ReCon Toronto 2017!  We are so excited you have gathered here with us to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of La Femme Nikita!

​

Putting the event together has truly been a labor of love, born out of memories of past events, friends made over the years, and, of course, love of La Femme Nikita.  As things began to come together, we realized just how much the fandom had expanded past the previous events and the first run of the show.  We are so happy to be able to share an event like this with everyone in this wonderful fandom!  Thank you for your support - financially, and by volunteering your time, talents and items - all of which have allowed us to facilitate what we hope will be a wonderful experience for all!

Reconnecting with old friends, making new friends, celebrating the lives of those we have lost along the way, and hearing once again from those who played a role in the magic that is La Femme Nikita... that is our celebration wish for for this event.  Realizing that 20 years ago this all began due to a TV show that spoke to each of us and brought us together in a way that only fandom can do... well, that is the true magic!  We hope you enjoy!
